Raelenna Ferguson has consistently been one of Southeast Missouri's highest producing agents for 20+ years with over $200 million in properties sold. Real Estate is not just her job, it's her life. She is the area's TOP LISTING agent and prides herself on her attention to detail which results in selling properties fast and for the most money! She is an investor, master negotiator, client advocate, non profit founder and leading business woman.
Raelenna started EPM Real Estate to give other TOP producing agents an environment to thrive in and to offer a smaller brokerage option where each client can receive individualized one-on-one service and commitment.
Raelenna is married to her best friend Jeremy. Together, the two of them own and operate Executive Property Management, the partner company to EPM Real Estate. She is a mom to five, two doodle dogs, and four cats. Raelenna is one busy lady but when she is not selling Real Estate. In her free time, she enjoys fostering cats through the local animal shelter and she is always dreaming up their next travel adventure.
Raelenna is also the co-founder of One City, a local non-profit organization designed to unite our community through relationships, resources and community engagement. She fully believes in the community she lives in and reinvesting back into it with her resources, times and talents.
