Executive Property Management is a full-service property management company, specializing in executive level rental apartments, townhomes, duplexes and single-family homes as well as moderately priced properties in Cape Girardeau, Jackson, Gordonville, Fruitland and Perryville. Not only do we manage single family homes, we are also the premier provider of student rental properties in the area. Our commitment to excellence, personalized service, and deep understanding of students' unique needs have established us as the top choice for student housing.

At Executive Property Management, we have successfully and diligently managed millions of dollars in assets since 2007 with investors at all corners of the world. We are selective with the properties we manage and hold our tenants to high expectations, as well as our owners. Keeping our properties in great condition not only keeps them occupied, it keeps the value of our neighborhoods stable and on the rise.

MEET THE OWNERS

Jeremy and Raelenna Ferguson own and operate Executive Property Management in Cape Girardeau. They are both licensed real estate agents. Raelenna has been in real estate since 2004, assisting buyers and sellers. Jeremy has been developing our company and learning the industry since 2008, allowing us to provide the highest quality professional management services in the area.

We have experience in every type of rental including single family homes, apartment complexes, duplexes, townhomes, student rentals, and commercial properties.

While we now manage the largest portfolio of properties in the area, the path to this point has always been to focus on quality over quantity. We chose to start small and add properties as we grew in knowledge and experience.
